Drugs and
alcohol are bad. They are very, very, very, very bad. They can severely ruin
your life. Once you fall, it’s almost impossible to get back up. As with everything,
it’s easy to start, but hard to stop. Not only does it affect your life, it can
also deeply affect several different aspects of it. One example is your
mentality. Drugs and alcohol can change the way you think. They can distort you,
and can impair your sense of right and wrong. Once you are addicted, you will
do anything to get your hands on it. Not only that, because these things are
expensive, they can leave you poor. Poor in health, of mind, and financially. Things
like drugs can make you an addict in the first try. Because you can’t get it,
either because you don’t have enough money or can’t find a supply, this can
make you angry. This anger can lead you to hurt others. If it starts from
childhood, you can see your parents, uncles, cousins, and everyone in your
family do it. This doesn’t make it right. If you decide to willingly try any
alcohol or drugs, the fault is no one’s but yours. No one can force you to
intake anything. If they have to beat you to a pulp to get you to try it, don’t
give in. Legal action can be taken against them, and they’ll get in even bigger
trouble for the possession of drugs, or alcohol if minors. Good health and
fortune come to those who avoid things like drugs and alcohol. And drugs don’t
do any good for you, besides getting you into trouble. No one can avoid the
effects of drugs and alcohol, whether long or short-term.
